Required fields follow the ESPR passport rules. The exact textile list is set by the textile delegated act, planned for late 2027, and this checker updates with it.

What the supplier sees
The factory opens the link from the email. No login, no password, nothing to install. The link stops working after the deadline or once the documents are accepted.
QR and labels
One GS1 Digital Link per variant, generated before production finishes so the care-label printer is never waiting on data. The link exists from day one and goes live when the passport is published.
GS1 Digital Link
ISO/IEC 1897501GTIN, the same number as the retail barcode, padded to 14 digits. GTINs come from your GS1 member organisation (GS1 Belgilux); Threadit checks the check digit before activating a link10Batch or lot. View digital product passport
Online shoppers get the same passport as someone scanning the label. The badge is a theme block, so it matches the store without code.
Print-ready QR
Scan this with your phone: it opens the passport page. The printed label carries the GS1 link. Vector output, error correction M, quiet zone included. Minimum print size on woven labels is 12 mm.
Care label preview
Updating a certificate or care instruction later changes the passport, not the label. Nothing gets reprinted.

Roles are proven, not guessed. An authority system presents a credential that is verified with its issuer before any restricted field is served, and every such access is logged. The HTML and JSON-LD fields shown here are illustrative; the exact schema follows EN 18222 and the textile delegated act.

The legal fields are all here, but the page is built to be read on a phone in a changing room. The brand controls photos, wording and colours; Threadit controls that the required data is present and true to source.
